At Trendly, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
- Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because:
- The customer is unavailable.
- The phone number is unreachable.
- The address is incomplete or incorrect.
The courier may attempt delivery again or return the package to us. Repeated failed deliveries may result in future COD order restrictions.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Courier service issues
- High order volumes
- Unexpected circumstances beyond our control

International Shipping
Currently, Trendly ships only within Pakistan.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Trendly is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
