At Trendly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be returned with the original packaging and all accessories.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or JazzCash/EasyPaisa account.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Items returned without original packaging.
• Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
